Terms of Service

Breeze Linking is a cross-platform identity verification service that allows Discord users to securely link their Roblox accounts to their Discord identity. The service enables Discord server administrators to verify members and assign roles based on confirmed Roblox account ownership.

Our services include:

• A web platform at breezelink.site for account management and OAuth authentication
• A Discord bot for server-level verification and role management
• An API for developers to integrate Breeze verification into their own applications (coming soon)

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with or without notice.

To use Breeze Linking, you must:

• Hold a valid Discord account in good standing and comply with Discord's Terms of Service
• Hold a valid Roblox account in good standing and comply with Roblox's Terms of Use
• Be at least 13 years of age, or the minimum age required in your country to use Discord
• Not be prohibited from using the service under applicable law

By using Breeze, you confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above.

Breeze uses Discord OAuth2 for authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Discord account and any sessions active on Breeze.

You agree not to:

• Share access to your Breeze account or sessions with others
• Attempt to access another user's account or data
• Link a Roblox account that you do not own or have permission to use
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with Breeze outside of our official API

You can manage your active sessions and revoke Roblox connections at any time from your Dashboard. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately via our support server.

You agree to use Breeze only for lawful purposes. You must not use our service to:

• Impersonate any person, Roblox account, or Discord account that you do not own
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or attack Breeze infrastructure
• Circumvent or attempt to bypass verification systems
• Spam, abuse, or send excessive requests to our API or bot
• Use the service to harass, stalk, or harm any individual
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation

Server administrators using Breeze are responsible for ensuring their use of our bot complies with Discord's guidelines and applicable law. Misuse of the bot to harass or discriminate against members is prohibited.

To provide our service, Breeze collects and stores the following data:

• Discord data: Your Discord user ID, username, display name, and avatar
• Roblox data: Your Roblox user ID, username, display name, and profile picture (when you connect your account)
• Session data: Browser, OS, IP address, and login timestamps for security purposes

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not store Discord or Roblox passwords — authentication is handled entirely via official OAuth2 flows.

You can delete your Roblox connection at any time from your Dashboard. To request full account deletion, contact us via our support server.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to Breeze at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms of Service or if your use poses a risk to other users or to our infrastructure.

Reasons for termination may include but are not limited to:

• Repeated violations of these terms
• Account compromise or fraudulent activity
• Abuse of the Discord bot or API
• Legal obligations requiring us to do so

You may stop using Breeze at any time. You can remove the bot from your server and disconnect your accounts from your Dashboard.

Breeze Linking is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

Breeze Linking is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Discord Inc. or Roblox Corporation. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

We are not responsible for actions taken by Discord server administrators using our bot, including role assignments or member management decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Breeze Linking and its maintainers (colourfulplanets, .notacake, jakka101) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

This includes but is not limited to: loss of data, loss of access to a Discord server, reputational harm, or any issues arising from third-party platforms (Discord, Roblox) changing their APIs or policies.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim (which, for free users, is zero).

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will attempt to notify users via our Discord server or via an in-app notice.

Your continued use of Breeze after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. If you disagree with updated terms, you should stop using the service.
